Okay, so I said I would start blogging more.. I lied. Oops, sorry. OH WAIT, no one probably reads this anyway, haha. BUT if you are reading this, thank you and I will TRY and write more.
Quote from my last blog post: "Well, that is all I can think of right now. Stay tuned for more random thoughts from me. Hopefully it won't take me four months to write on here again." Haha! Here I am, writing almost exactly 4 months later.. gahh I need an assistant to remind me to blog.
I am officially moving to Utah July 22nd, 2014! I am so excited for this new adventure, it can't come fast enough. Moving to Utah is literally all I think about, well other than graduating. Graduation truly can't come soon enough.
I have had so many life changing experiences since the last time I wrote on this blog. I honestly couldn't get into detail into them or I would be writing this post for a month. But here are some exciting things:
1) My sister and brother-in-law are having a baby girl! I am so excited for her arrival and to meet and love her.
2) I have been to NYC 3 times in the past few months. I have never been to the city in my life and all the sudden I have been back and forth there for shoots and I couldn't be more happy that my business is thriving.
3) GRADUATION IS IN 66 days.. I think I can make it that long.
4) This saturday is prom, I am going with my best friend Maddie G, and this is just one more amazing memory to add to our never ending adventure book.
5) I have a wedding booked in September of 2015, yes 2015. I think that is pretty cool (not bragging or anything)
6) My cousin got married and is expecting a beautiful baby girl in July! Can't wait to live in Utah so I can hold her sweet baby whenever I want.
Well I think that is pretty much all the BIG things that have happened recently, I am sure that there are some I am missing, but until next time!
xoxo
Ty
Ps. Someone please sue me if I don't blog for another 4 months..

New Year
Holy crap, it is 2014.
I would like to apologize for me literally never updating my blog. I don't know why it is such a struggle for me, I just get so busy and caught up I never have time to sit and write. All the down time I have is spent editing my life away, haha.
Lets just say a LOT has happened since the last time I wrote a blog post. Virginia is cold, also bipolar. One day it will be 70 degrees and sunny, the next its 20 degrees and pouring rain. I love it though, it is so beautiful here and I am getting closer and closer to my amazing friends here. I know that God has a plan for me and meeting each and every one of my friends here in Virginia was part of that plan. I am so blessed that they felt the courage to come and befriend me when I was all alone in a new place. I am always traveling! I am so blessed to be able to go back and forth to Utah and Arizona for photo shoots and I will be forever grateful for my amazing clients. However, I just returned from Arizona and my next schedule trip is not until the end of March. March. That is a LONG time. This will be the longest stretch that I have been away from Arizona and all of my friends so far and I can tell already that it is going to be one of the hardest things I have gone through.
My sister, her husband, and Jaxon moved back in! Yes, my sister and her family moved back in with us in Virginia. Them living with us is just temporary but they love Virginia and they are already looking for a place to call their home. I am so excited for them and this wonderful adventure they are starting. Because of them moving in, I switched rooms. Now I am in a smaller room, but I honestly don't mind. More homey and I don't need a ton of space.
Christmas. This years Christmas was so weird. Doesn't even feel like it happened. This was the first year that I was not at home. If you are close to me you know how much I love Christmas and the wonderful spirit it brings to people. I was in Arizona for two weddings and so I spent the holiday with my friends Maddie and Jaci. I could not ask for better friends. They were all so sweet to me and helped me feel the true meaning of Christmas. ALSO I got to go spend part of the day with the Fox's, my brother-in-laws family. They made me feel right at home.
My friend Maddie is here in Virginia with me for winter break and I could not be happier that she got to come and see what my life is like here. Finally someone to see my room and my beautiful surroundings. Yesterday we woke up super early and drove up to Washington, D.C. It was amazing. I would have never dreamed as a child that I would have gone to D.C. You see it in all the movies and all over the news it was so crazy to see it in real life. The absolute cutest city, so much culture and history. TIP FOR EVERYONE TRAVELING TO D.C. IN THE WINTER: DON'T. When we got there it was freezing. We knew it would be cold but not THAT cold. We were so unprepared and you have to walk everywhere in D.C. unless you want to take a cab. So we walked a few miles to the local H&M and bought ourselves some gloves, hats, and scarfs. To date the best $27 I have ever spent. We went in a few museums and went to all the main tourist attractions but my favorite thing by far was the lincoln memorial. HOLY CRAP. That thing is huge and so beautiful. You walk in and immediately feel the peace and respect shared by everyone, and a few asian tourists taking pictures every 5 seconds at every angle they can possibly think of.
Well, that is all I can think of right now. Stay tuned for more random thoughts from me.
Hopefully it won't take me four months to write on here again.
Love you all.
xoxo,
Ty.

Happy Fall
Well, lets start out with the obvious. I SUCK AT BLOGGING. I
find myself never having time to just sit down and write down what’s happening
in life and my feelings on it, pray for me that I get better at it, haha.
Okay so the moving truck finally came last week (a whole
month late), and some of our stuff was missing, some of it was wet, boxes were
destroyed and lets just say that my mom and I were not very happy with “Two men
and a Truck.” So I have been busy putting together my room, and if you follow me
on instagram you saw my sneak peak at the start of my decorating. Pictures of
my room coming soon.
MY SISTER IS A MARRIED WOMEN!!! Where the heck has time
gone? Honestly I have felt so weird lately about how fast time has gone. My
oldest sister, Amanda, is married and has a kid (Jaxon), Whitney just got
married, Brock is a MARINE?!, and I’m graduating this year! Crazy, it feels
like just yesterday we were all fighting for shot gun (oh wait that was
yesterday, we still do that..) or all going to Classic Skating in Orem, UT
literally every Thursday night on dollar night. Crazy. Absolutely crazy how
much things have changed. Anyways, back to my point, WHITNEY IS MARRIED. The
wedding was a total success, everything turned out perfect, minus a little bad
lighting at the temple for family photos and Whitney’s dress zipper not zipping
up at first. I am so happy for my sister and my new brother, Michael. They are
perfect for each other. For the wedding my sister Amanda and her baby, Jaxon
came along with my Grandparents on my mom’s side. I was really bummed my
brother Brock couldn’t come due to the fact he is in basic training for the
marines, its sad but sometimes I forget about where he is and what he is doing
for our country, I really need to start writing him letters. My friend and
fellow photographer, Jaci Smith came to Virginia and North Carolina with me to
help me shoot the wedding cause I couldn’t take all the photos, like the family
ones yatta yatta. My mom paid for her flight and I figured since we are paying
for her to come she might as well stay for a little..right? So she was here for
a whole week and it may have been the funniest week of my life. It was one long
slumber party and we took some really fun photos. I’m grateful to have her as
one of my best friends.
School still sucks, I have made some friends, but I hate
homework. That’s all I have to say about school, but you get the picture,
right?
I have some exciting news for all of you following my
Photography blog, its over. Haha, I’m done with that blog and I am moving on to
bigger and better things. I have started my very own professional website. No
more of this blogspot crap (except for this blog, haha). So go check out
tysonfrench.com and let me know what you think about the new site. Also I booked another wedding in Arizona,
other than the two in November. I cannot be more excited for it. Arizona for
winter break, yeahhhh!
Ps. I am trying to update my iTunes, anyone have any good
songs/artists?

Ketchup
Woooooooaaaaahhh do I have a lot to fill you guys in on.
SCHOOL. I've been the new kid before but man was this time way different. I guess I knew that it was going to be different across the country and that it would be hard starting over as a senior, but I had no idea that it was going to be this hard and different. Keep in mind I am not at all trying to sound like I am having a little pity party, its hard ok? The first day of school was a train wreck, absolutely terrible. I had no idea where I was in the school to find anything, I didn't know anyone in my classes to talk to, and don't even get me started about sitting by myself at lunch.. The second day was BETTER, not good, better. Some really nice girls came up and invited me to sit with them during lunch and now I have been sitting with them, and we have even gone out to lunch. I am so grateful for them already in having the courage to come and get me in my time of need. Well now that I have totally rambled about that..
THE MOVING TRUCK. If you are wondering why I haven't posted pictures of my new room and my house yet, that is because it is still empty. The truck still isn't here yet, we aren't even sure if they have left. It is sooooo frustrating.
I honestly don't even know how to explain to you all how hard this has been on me, so I'm not even going to try.

in with the new
You know when you go someplace new and you can just feel everyone looking at you and whispering to those around them? Well that is exactly how I felt today. Today we went to our new ward here in Richmond, this place definitely is not Provo, Utah or Gilbert, Arizona. There were only like 6 kids in my Sunday school who were within two years age of me and they were from all over Richmond. I have, for the most part, always grown up where the Church is heavily populated and it is such a strange feeling going to a ward where you know the kids struggle with being the only members in the schools and the parents are the only members at their works, it is a totally different lifestyle but as everyone says, the church is true everywhere. However I do think the spirit was way stronger than in most wards cause you know that all these people WANT to be there and they WANT to feel the spirit and learn more about the gospel and they come from all over the city just to be here and partake of the sacrament where as in Utah I feel like a lot of people go just for their social status.

2250 Miles Later
The other day on our little road trip we went through all of Arkansas and drove over the Mississippi River in Memphis then we stopped in Nashville, Tennessee. I always pictured Nashville as country everything, country music, cowboy boots and all. Well I was right. There was country music playing everywhere and there were at least three stores in the mall full of cowboy boots, haha. We ate at this amazing restaurant right next to the Grand Ol' Opry House called the Aquarium. The name pretty much says it all, it was a giant aquarium that you eat around. I have always been fascinated with tropical fish, I want to go scuba diving in tropical water so bad.
Then we hit the last and final day of the trip on wednesday. We were finally to our new home! (It is so weird calling this place home) It was very rainy , which kind of fit with my emotions. So now I am here, in Virginia, in an empty house with no furniture and none of my stuff. The moving company doesn't get here with our stuff for about another week, there is a lot to do this week. We have to fully furnish our house, go school shopping, register for school, and a lot more. Kill. Me. Now. Once I get my room put together I will post some pictures for you all to see, Wish me luck!!
